Research on the Influence of Social Capital on the Governance Effectiveness of Science and Technology Communities Under the Background of Governance Transformation

Abstract：It is an important value orientation to promote the modernization of social organization governance ability under the background of Chinese governance transformation.Based on this,this paper refines the research object,and takes 191 national first-class science and technology communities which are attached to China Association for Science and Technology as samples to analyze the influence of social capital on the governance effectiveness of science and technology communities.Here are the main conclusions:good structural social capital can effectively help science and technology communities achieve the governance goals,and it is embodied in three aspects including network scale,network composition and network quality;Weakening administrative intervention and promoting specialization level of science and technology communities can further stimulate and moderate this positive role.The relevant research not only enriches the governance theory of science and technology communities,but also provides new ideas for improving the governance effectiveness of science and technology communities and solving the practical problems in the process of governance transformation.
