Abstract:Technological capability is an important driving force for the transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and the evaluation of technological capability is of great significance for making decisions of enterprise transformation.This article starts with the transformation characteristics of manufacturing enterprises and the evolution process of technological capability,analyzing the constituent factors and relationship between manufacturing enterprise transformation and technological capability,constructing an index system for matching relationship of manufacturing enterprise transformation and technological capability.This article selects 39 sample enterprises for empirical analysis,uses entropy weight method and data envelopment method to comprehensively evaluate technological capability,and puts forward improving suggestions on the technological capability of the transforming enterprises based on the evaluation results.
