Dynamic Synergy Between Management Innovation and Technological Innovation——System Coupling Perspective

Abstract:The synergy between management innovation and technological innovation has been reached in the academic circles.However,because the complexity and dynamics of its evolution process are difficult to observe directly by general empirical research methods,the dynamic evolution analysis of the synergy between the two is rare in the existing research.Based on the above theoretical gap,the paper describes the innovative behavior of enterprises according to the theory of social technical system,proposes the coupling concept of M-T innovation system,establishes its system dynamics model,and uses Vensim PLE to simulate the operation so as to explore the evolution mechanism of the synergistic relationship between management innovation and technological innovation.The results show that the evolution of M-T innovation system has typical growth,consistency and complexity.The joint function of management innovation system and technological innovation system in the coupling process is different due to the stage of development,which shows the evolution characteristics from alternating dominance to convergence,and brings about the increase of innovation efficiency.
