Research on Innovation Mechanism of Science, Education,Industry Integration —— Based on Field Theory

Abstract:From the perspective of field theory,according to the interaction and cooperation among scientific research field,education field and industry field,this paper divides the development process of innovation model into three stages:unitary innovation model,binary innovation model and ternary innovation model.According to the nature of the field,the characteristics of capital and habits in the field,and the practical activities of the actors,the paper explores the mechanism of realizing the integration of science,education and industry from four aspects including dynamic analysis,value co-creation analysis,benefit distribution analysis,and obstacle coordination analysis.According to the interaction between the fields,four types of innovation modes of superposition,derivation,spiral and symbiosis are deduced,and the exploration of domestic universities in the integration of scientific research,education and industry is analyzed by taking Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences)as an example.The study provides theoretical analysis for giving full play to the role of talent chain,innovation chain and industry chain in collaborative innovation,and exploring the coupled collaborative innovation mode of multiple subjects such as “government,industry,academia,research and gold taking”in which scientific research,education and industry functions are integrated.
