农业科技协同创新网络的理论模型、结构特征与优化对策研究

摘要 本文基于创新生态理念界定国家农业科技协同创新的内涵、网络层次及协同关系,构建国家农业科技协同创新网络理论模型,借助社会网络分析方法识别中国农业科技协同创新网络的结构特征。研究发现:①农业科技协同创新规模较小、协同创新关系松散;②创新主体间农业科技协同创新网络中拥有较高强度中心度的创新主体尚未形成强联系;③中国科学院、中国农业科学院、浙江大学等5个创新主体和北京、江苏、广东等6个省份在农业科学与技术两类协同创新网络中同时扮演 “核心者”角色和 “中间人”角色,主导与其他主体 (或省份)间协同,并发挥着其他主体 (或省份)间协同的桥梁作用;④农业科技协同创新网络呈现出 “块”集聚特征,板块间存在协同关系,由中国科学院和中国农业科学院等主体、中国农业大学和华南理工大学等主体、北京等省份分别集聚的 “主溢出”板块作为 “主引擎”,是促进农业科技协同创新的主要力量。

Abstract:Based on innovation ecosystem, this paper defines the connotation, network hierarchy and collaborative relationships of national collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology, builds a framework of collaborative innovation network of agricultural science and technology (CINAST), and identifies the structural characteristics of China's CINAST by means of social network analysis.The empirical results indicate the following.①The scale of collaborative innovation is small, and the relationships of collaborative innovation are loose.②Innovation subjects with high intensity centrality in the CINAST among innovation subjects have not yet formed strong connections.③Five innovation subjects, including Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Zhejiang University etc, and six provinces including Beijing, Jiangsu and Guangdong etc, play the role of “core”and “intermediary”in the CINAST.They lead the collaboration with other innovation subjects, and play bridge role among other innovation subjects.④The collaborative innovation networks exhibit the characteristics of “block”agglomeration, and there are collaborative relationships among most blocks.The “main spillover”blocks where the subjects such as Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences clustered, the subjects such as China Agricultural University and South China University of Technology clustered, and the provinces such as Beijing clustered, as the “main engine”, are the main force to promote the collaborative innovation level of agricultural science and technology.
