Abstract:Diversified cooperation is essential for addressing the complexities of technological innovation projects,and elucidating the dynamic features of China's eco-environmental protection technology innovation network is essential for refining the governance system.This study utilizes dynamic network analysis to investigate the evolution of China's eco-environmental protection technology innovation cooperation network from 2003 to 2022.The analysis reveals a network that has expanded in scale and diversity,yet lacks a corresponding increase in density,suggesting a loosely connected framework.Dominated by research entities,the network lacks centrality for enterprises.Prominent nodes,such as the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences and Tsinghua University,serve as pivotal connectors.The trajectory of inter-organizational cooperation has evolved from“government-research institution”dyads to“government-university-research institution”,and more recently,“government-enterprise-university-research institution”.While local clustering has enhanced sub-network stability,it also poses a risk to the network's overall resilience.The study suggests strategies to cultivate eco-environmental leadership,harness national innovation systems,and refine market conditions to bolster the network's robustness and efficacy.
