Evaluation on Regional Effective Supply of Technology and Influencing Factors in China

Abstract:In order to objectively and accurately evaluate the effective supply of regional technological capability,and promote innovation-driven development strategy and orderly progress,the effective supply of technology were divided into R&D supply stage and application sharing stage.On this basis,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of the effective supply of regional technological capability.Then by using the two combination evaluation method,this paper established the evaluation model of regional technology effective supply capacity,and evaluated the effective supply ability of regional technology in 2014.The results show that:China's regional technology effective supply capacity is different,the overall level is not high;the lack of consumer-oriented core technology is the main reason for the overall level of China's effective supply capacity which is not high.R&D investment intensity and economic openness have positive effects on improving the effective supply capacity of regional technology,in which the role of economic opening level is more significant.
