Abstract:The generational difference between China's National High-tech Zones are obvious because of the upgrading time,area and innovation development.The paper analyzes the characters,function,structure and environment of innovation self-organizing system of China National High-tech Zones,and describes the evolvement process by identifying the order parameter and the edge of chaos and analyzing the “fluctuation—diffusion—mutation” mechanism of the innovation system of High-tech Zone of China with a self- organizing evolvement model.The results of case comparison are as follows.Zhenjiang High-tech Zone is in the step of going from disorder to order,and the evolvement direction is to make and diffuse fluctuations and produce mutation;Changzhou High-tech Zone is in the step of going from low-level order to high-level order,and evolvement direction is hypercycle of micro—middle—macro level.
