Abstract：Based on triple helix theory and the practical need of current development of innovation,this study tried to build a three Triple Helix Model of Government-Industry-University-Research-User-Capital Synergetic Innovation.It analysed the role location and function of government,industry,university,research,user and capital.Then it explored three Triple Helix Model's structure,theme and its synergetic pattern,and designed synergetic innovation mechanism of the three Triple Helix Model.This paper wanted to provide guidance for innovation subjects to select role location and play function;and provided ideas for multivariate subjects synergetic innovation system to build operating mode and core mechanism.Meanwhile,it also provided a theoretical reference for the construction of innovative country;and provided ideas for the improvement and development of related research of the triple helix theory.
