Abstract：The crowdfunding of patent transformation refers to the activities of raising small amount of funds through the network from the general public within a specified time limit and within the prescribed amount for the purpose of patent transformation.The crowdfunding platform has several functions such as commercial promotion,market forecast,project financing,and resource aggregation.The crowdfunding pattern is highly consistent with the patent transformation,and thus can effectively resolve the docking difficulties of supply and demand caused by the information asymmetry,and the difficulties of project financing resulting from the high investment risk in the course of patent transformation.In order to solve the practical difficulties including insufficient legal protection and bad crowdfunding environment faced in the course of patent transformation,and to effectively improve the efficiency and level of patent transformation,it is suggested to strengthen the platform construction to establish trust environment,to take effective measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors,to establish the system for preventing and controlling financing fraud,and to implement preferential policies on the project crowdfunding for patent transformation.
