Abstract：This paper started from the analysis of the characteristics of entrepreneurial ecosystem and the relationship between them.Then it designed an evaluation index system whose first grade evaluation indicators were chosen from the characteristics.Based on the data from“Yearbook of Zhongguancun”,“Index of Silicon Valley”and other materials,the index system was used to evaluate the development of Zhongguancun from 2006 to 2015.By using the vertical comparison method and the standard analysis method(compared with Silicon Valley),this paper identified when Zhongguancun entrepreneurial ecosystem emerged and in which stage it was.The results showed that Zhongguancun has formed an entrepreneurial ecosystem,which is in the early growth stage of entrepreneurial ecosystem.Although there is a big gap between the indicators of Zhongguancun and SiLicon Valley's,it has a good development trend.
