Abstract:The establishment of scientific and rational R&D personnel salary system is a focus of reform of China's S&T system.Based on the international comparative analysis of the R&D personnel salary system,this paper examines the main shortcomings and problems of the R&D personnel salary system in China,and corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward in terms of source of pay expenditures,pay structure,annual salary mode,performance evaluation and standardized pay distribution order.
