Abstract：Science and Technology Park's grading is an important support to optimize the innovation-driven development strategy.Based on the field investigation,this paper analyzes 22 Science and Technology Parks and reveals the dynamic development model along with the static horizons of the parks at home and abroad.China's government plays a stronger role while the China's parks are less innovation driven;The parks are with limited private capital;The ability in industry cultivation should be promoted.On the basis of successful experience at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the adjustment direction of the future development of China's Science and Technology Parks from the aspects of implementation management,innovation,industry cultivation,investment and financing.
