Abstract:In order to explore the influencing factors of the development environment of scientific and technological talents,this paper presents a framework for analyzing the development environmental influencing factors of scientific and technological talents based on the structural equation model.With an analysis of 1127 valid questionnaires,the paper gets some results as follows.Scientific environment,evaluation incentive mechanism,talent flow mechanism,intellectual property protection and innovation cultural environment have a positive impact on the development environment of the science and technology talent.The innovation cultural environment plays a mediating role among the scientific environment,evaluation incentive mechanism,intellectual property protection and the development environment of the science and technology talent.The influence of the talent flow mechanism on the development environment of science and technology is not affected by the innovation cultural environment.The conclusions of this paper can provide guidance and reference for the improvement of the development environment of science and technology talents,the optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship environment,and the cultivation and development of scientific and technological talents.
