Abstract：Manufacturing industrial safety concerns national industrial security and economic security.The paper makes review and pectination of related research on manufacturing industrial safety evaluation model at home and abroad.On the basis of the perspective of innovation ecosystem system,by means of comprehensive thinking,it puts forward “five-factor model” of industrial safety evaluation in manufacturing industry,weight by means of combining Fuzzy AHP and entropy method.It uses efficacy coefficient method to calculate the evaluation data of 2006—2016.The result shows that the safety of manufacturing industry in China has been improved,but still at the edge of safety state.It is necessary for the country to guide the manufacturing industry structure adjusting and upgrading from the strategy of national industrial safety,to improve the innovation capability and core competitiveness of core technology and key technology,to ensure the self recovery and control ability of manufacturing industry,to stride forward from big manufacturing country to strong manufacturing country.
