The Cluster of Emerging Industry of Strategic Importance:Formation Mechanism and New Trend

Abstract：The paper defines the cluster conception of strategic emerging industries from a new perspective,and puts forwards five factors of developing them,and deals with the formation conditions of seven strategic emerging industries in China.Then it constructs the dynamic cluster evolution model of strategic emerging industries which contains“Four link”level of mutual connection.Afterwards the paper sums up five dimensions of strategic emerging industries which includes the main feature,strengths,weaknesses and policy intervention based on the industry life cycle theory.Then the paper further puts forward four new trends of developing cluster and provides guidance for industry development practice.
