Abstract：UASTU(The Union of Association for Science and Technology in Universities)plays an important role in the survival and development of Association for Science and Technology in Universities.Firstly,this paper defines the concept and basic attributes of UASTU,and then analyzes its organizational model in the aspects of organizational structure and organizational form.Secondly,based on the life cycle theory,this paper discusses that the organizational model of UASTU would be different in every life cycle stage,because the goal and environment change with development of organization.Finally,the case study of Hubei,Shaanxi and Jiangsu would provide reference for establishment of UASTU in other regions.
