Abstract:The existing researches on technology innovation strategy mostly focuse on the dynamic mechanisms of catching-up,surpassing and the feature identification of technology evolution.There are limitations such as single analysis perspective and data fragmentation in decision support,and the comprehensive analytical framework of technology innovation strategy is lacking.Focusing on both the collaboration of three kinds of components,driving force in marketing,heterogeneity of innovative actors,technology evolution,and the balance of three kinds of motivations,ideality degree promotion in TRIZ,profiting from innovation,technological catching-up,this study constructs a comprehensive analytical framework,which can effectively analyze the technology innovation strategies that different innovative actors should adopt at each stage of technological evolution.Finally,the analytical framework is applied to the research of innovative strategy of biometrics technology,which provides the strategic decision for Chinese enterprises to realize technology catching-up,profiting from innovation and ideality degree promotion.
