Innovation Driven of Science and Technology Policy Under the Complex Network Structure in the Perspective of Network Power and Innovation Diffusion

Abstract:In the era of knowledge economy,innovation driven of science and technology policy has become one of the driving force of China's social and economic development.The introduction of complex network theory provides a new theoretical perspective and a practical solution to the embarrassing dilemma of the importance of science and technology policy and the failure of the existing policy.Taking network power and innovation diffusion as the breakthrough point,this paper explores effective implementation of the science and technology policy by introducing two measures as follows:precision and directional control for the firms with network power,and effective intervention and guidance for innovation diffusion.Based on the complex network structure,this paper makes a preliminary study on the innovation driven of science and technology policy,and puts forward the preliminary conceptual framework.
