System Archetypes and Policy Analysis of Business Incubator Ecosystem

Abstract:Business incubator has become a growth point for cultivating new industries,an important carrier to promote the transformation and upgrading of industry.The growth of science and technology entrepreneurs requires an effective ecological system.Through the investigation of the business incubator ecological sub-systems,the business incubator ecology covers the science and technology research system,market development system and commercial application.Entrepreneurs emerging from the business incubator ecology relies on the healthy and stability of the above three major sub-systems.Based on the analysis of the feedback relationship between three sub-systems,the system model is used to deconstruct the operating mechanism of the business incubator ecology,and construct the mechanism of nine system models,which are fixes and fail,limits to growth,shifting the burden,tragedy of the commons,accidental adversaries,balancing loop with time delay,escalation,success to the successful,and growth and underinvestment.Combined with the practice of business incubator,the corresponding “leverage solution”is put forward to providing decision-making basis for the construction and management of business incubator ecosystem.
