The Concept,Construction Goal and Structure of the Smart Park

Abstract：The smart park is a new type of park which integrates the ideas of digital park,knowledge park,ecological park and innovation park,and it's a new form of the development of the science and technology park.The smart park contains six basic elements:comprehensive intelligent infrastructure,adequate high quality human resources,diversified investment and financing system,wisdom and effective park management,perfect policy system,the accumulation of high and new technology industry.The strategic goal of the smart park is to realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of its own “economic-talent-environment”and the sustainable development of the city.The sub-domain objectives of the smart park are to plan and subdivide strategic objectives,include six objectives:industrial objective,scientific and technological objective,educational objective,cultural objective,management objective and ecological objective.Finally,based on the idea of industrial ecosystem,the ecological chain architecture model of smart park is designed.
