Abstract:Through the case study of Haier Group for more than 30 years,this paper analyzes and summarizes the mechanism of improving Haier Group's innovation capability under the background of economic transition.The research shows that the leadership mechanism permeates all aspects of Haier,which is the basis for Haier's innovation ability to develop,and the organizational mechanism provides a good soft environment for talent training and learning.Learning and talent training mechanism greatly enhance the strength of Haier leadership,the cooperative mechanism runs through the whole process of Haier's development,and plays a key role in the promotion of innovation ability.This paper enriches the theory of enterprise ability learning,and provides some theoretical support and practical guidance for the research of the promotion mechanism of enterprise innovation ability.
