Abstract：In the forty years of reform and opening up,Chinese intellectual property scholars have made great progress in the fields of intellectual property discipline construction,intellectual property legislation,judicature and international intellectual property rights.The outstanding performance is the integrity and systematic of the discipline system,the continuous revision and improvement of the individual line methods,the deep integration with the economic and cultural technology,the rise of interpretation and the establishment of intellectual property courts,international and domestic exchanges of intellectual property rights,and integration and regionalization of institutional innovation.In the future,the study of intellectual property law in China still faces many challenges in legislative style,judicial reform,new technology,characteristic industry,trade barrier and international strategy.Therefore,only keeping the ideas of the top planning,pragmatic seeking truth and bold exploration can accomplish this great historical mission,which is also the important revelation of the forty years of research of intellectual property rights in China.
