Total Factor Productivity of Science Popularization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Abstract：This paper calculated the total factor productivity of science popularization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by non-parameter DEA-Malmquist index from 2008 to 2016,and expounded the status of science popularization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The result reflected that the productivity of science popularization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was effective,and the Malmquist Index appeared M type distribution,the improvement of the total factor productivity of science popularization mainly came from the influence of the progress of science and technology.Meanwhile,the resource allocation efficiency of Beijing was obviously better than Tianjin and Hebei province.At last,this paper put forward some targeted policy recommendations.
