The Conception Prerequisite,Thought Condition and Practice Basement for the Implementation of Responsible Innovation——Based on the Perspective of Historical Materialism

Abstract：The essay explores the reality of the implementation of responsible innovation.The result indicates that shared responsibility and co-responsibility supply the conception prerequisite for the realization of responsible innovation,the theory of resultant forces of history and rationality of relationship supply the thought condition,and the community of shared future for mankind and the technology of information & modern transportation supply the practice basement.
