Collaborative Innovation Efficiency of Regional IUR'S Symbiosis System

Abstract:This paper considers the existence of scientific research exchanges and cooperation among the three major innovational subjects of IUR in various provinces in China,then combines the super-efficiency DEA model with the network DEA model to study the synergistic innovation efficiency of IUR in each province which opens the“black box”of collaborative innovation under the regional symbiosis system.The results indicate:①Under the regional symbiosis system,the innovation efficiency of the three major subjects among research institutions,universities and business entities in various regions in China is extremely uneven.②Deviation would be from the results when symbiosis is not considered.From the results of the collaborative innovation coupling score in various regions under the regional symbiosis system,the areas with high scores are all located in the regions of developed economies and high scientific research levels.In the northwest,the coupling score is lower;③In China,the current regional symbiosis mode temporarily does not have an integrated symbiosis mode and most of the cities are in the dot-line symbiosis modes.Each region will be transformed along the dot,line,surface,integration of“positive pyramid”direction and eventually develop into an“inverted pyramid”pattern.
