Abstract:Based on the perspective of geographical proximity and organizational proximity,it divides teachers' innovation collaboration into four modes and uses 355 teachers' innovation collaboration data from 985 universities,and adopts the methods of negative binomial regression analysis.This study empirically analyzes the impact of different innovation collaboration mode on the teachers' research performance,with a specific focus on the adjustment relationship of interdisciplinary degree.The results shows that academic-academic collaboration in intra-region and inter-region has a significant role in promoting teachers' research performance.And this relationship is negatively regulated by interdisciplinary degree.The results also suggest that university-industry collaboration in intra-region and inter-region has no obvious effect on the teachers' research performance.
