Motivation Mechanism of Low Carbon Technology Diffusion in Manufacturing Enterprises Under Environmental Regulation——Simulation Research Based on Small World Network

Abstract:In order to explore the driving mechanism of manufacturing enterprise technology adoption micro decision-making under low carbon situation,and the resulting technological macro diffusion phenomenon,the paper built the low carbon technology diffusion game model of manufacturing enterprises under environmental regulation on Watts-Strogatz small world network.And it showed the driving effect of various elements to low carbon technology diffusion through numerical simulation.It is found that the diffusion of low carbon technology in the case of environmental regulation depends on the difference between the increment of low carbon income and input,and on this basis,the increase of carbon tax rate,carbon subsidies and the price of carbon trading have a positive effect on the diffusion of low carbon technology in the enterprise network.Only when the implementation of the regulation measures run up to a certain threshold,the spread of low carbon technology can be achieved.The diffusion depth of small scale manufacturing enterprise network is more sensitive to the change of carbon tax rate,but its diffusion speed is not so sensitive to the reputation.On the other hand,large scale manufacturing enterprise network is more sensitive to the change of carbon subsidies in terms of both diffusion depth and diffusion speed.
