Abstract:U-I Alliances link enterprises,universities and research institutes together to establish postgraduate workstations,using the high-quality resources of multiple parties to train graduate students' abilities of scientific research and innovation.With the analysis of the workstation constitution system,influential factors and management systems,we explored the environmental conditions and the specific process responsible for the establishing of the work stations,and analyzed the operating mechanisms of graduate workstations in detail.Finally,we gave a clear explanation of the evolving motivation and processes of the workstations,and argued that the goal of building postgraduate workstations is to achieve mutual benefit and success of U-I alliance.
