Abstract:This paper tries to sum up the development of the strategy of Chinese traditional manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of the main line of strategy leading innovation,this paper makes a longitudinal single-case study on Haier Group,which is a representative traditional household electrical appliance manufacturing industry and has developed for nearly 30 years.Through analyzing and combing the different strategic stages of Haier by means of the thought of contradiction theory and the internal and external environment in the development process.It is found the change of enterprise strategic decision is based on the change of the principal contradiction of the enterprise in the process of enterprise development.As the development of the enterprise strategy,the role of the strategy becomes clearer in leading the innovation of the enterprise.The concrete to have that the core is technology innovation ,the guide is market innovation,the guarantee is organization innovation,and the incentive is culture innovation.At the same time,the strategic leading innovation also needs leadership mechanism cooperative mechanism,learning mechanism and some related strategic management mechanisms to support and develop.At the end of this paper,some problems and suggestions are pointed out in Haier's current strategic innovation for its future development.This paper enriches the theory of strategic leading innovation and summarizes the leading role of strategy in the strategic development of Chinese traditional manufacturing industry to provides a series of practical guidance for the future strategic development of traditional manufacturing industry.
