Abstract:The intellectual property issue in the China-US trade friction since 2017 has further highlighted the urgency of increasing R&D investment and accelerating the pace of technological innovation in China.Patent pledge is an important tool for the financing of high-tech enterprises.However at present,there is still a lack of in-depth discussions on the construction of the evaluation model for patent financing capacity,and there is also a lack of case studies based on real situations.On the basis of existing literature,this article proposed an evaluation index system for patent financing capacity of high-tech enterprises from three dimensions:patent value,enterprise operation and external financing environment.By analyzing the fuzziness,dependence and feedback relationships among the evaluating indicators,this article established a patent financing capability evaluation model based on Fuzzy Analytic Network Process,and obtained the weights of qualitative and quantitative indicators.According to these results,the measurement and calculation of real data from one of the China's listed companies basically illustrated the rationality of the model.As a whole,this model is helpful to measuring the patent financing capacity of high-tech enterprise quantitatively,to promoting the operations by the other relevant participants,to studying and determining the key influencing factors.Through this model,the companies can devise some new tactics for optimizing the patent portfolio,improving the quality of patents and enhancing the market competition advantages.
