Abstract:Based on the resource mismatch theory,the mismatch model of agricultural science and technology resources and the model of agricultural science and technology output gap are established,which is used for measuring the mismatch index of agricultural S&T human resources and financial resources,also estimating the gap of agricultural S&T output between different industries and regions from 2006 to 2015.The model is able to compare the promoting effects from the mismatch resources between agricultural human resources and financial resources to agricultural S&T output.The research shows that there are significant differences in the contribution rate of agricultural S&T resources input to agricultural S&T output in different industries and regions.And the mismatch coefficient of agricultural science and technology resources in different industries and regions is unequal,which means that the degree of agricultural science and technology resources mismatch is different.Moreover,the mismatch of agricultural science and technology resources has led to a gap of nearly 20% in agricultural science and technology output.Besides,the gap in agricultural S&T output caused by the mismatch of agricultural S&T financial resources is greater than the output gap caused by agricultural S&T human resources.However,the contribution of the mismatch of agricultural S&T financial resources is larger than the human resources.
