Abstract:The system dynamics model was constructed based on the time series data from 2008 to 2017,and the effect of China's support for science and technology innovation policy in different scenarios was simulated.The research shows that the tax reduction policy promotes the innovation output of science and technology more significantly,and the promotion effect of tax reduction on scientific and technological innovation has a significant strengthening trend with the extension of time.The article puts forward corresponding measures to continue to implement policies and measures for tax reduction and fee reduction,improve the efficiency of input and output of science and technology innovation funds,and enhance the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises.It has important guiding significance for strengthening the implementation effect of China's support for science and technology innovation policies.
