Abstract:This paper systematically expounds the road of China's innovation in 40 years from the reform and opening-up,which is the typical way of technological catching-up and overtaking as the post-technological countries.As the time changing,China's innovation road has reached a crossroads,with too many difficulties and problems highlighted.Especially the events that the developed countries curb China's technology rise,have been repeatedly issued.And in the last half way of technological overtaking in China,we need to bear in mind the warning that“Core technology can't come by begging”.The key of solving the problem is to seek the road of innovation driving with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,this paper puts forward the way of China's innovation for the high-quality development:we need to absorb,draw lessons from and adopt the ideas of complex economics to provide practical application.So,the key to innovation-driven practice in the China's future is to build a“1+N”multi-level innovation system with Chinese characteristics.
