An Empirical Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Transformation Capability of China's Basic Communication Enterprises from the Perspective of Value Co-creation

Abstract:The arrival of the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and the 5G era has made the transformation of China's basic communications enterprises extremely urgent.Based on the value creation theory,this paper clarifies the comprehensive motivation of the transformation of China's basic communication enterprises,and builds an indicator system for the transformation of basic communication enterprises.The mixed MCDM method is used to combine the DEMATEL and ANP methods to analyze the influence relationship and influence degree of each factor.Finally,using PROMETHEE method,the three basic communication operators in China are used as case study objects to conduct empirical analysis.It finds out the gap between the transformation performance and expectations of the three basic communication enterprises,and gives strategic recommendations.
