Abstract：As an engine to promote the development and change of various fields of society,information technology is not only an important resource to construct the national governance system and the modernization of governance ability,but also an important tool to enhance the level of government performance evaluation.The innovation of government performance evaluation driven by information technology not only reduces the cost of government performance evaluation,but also improves the objectivity,transparency and cooperation of government performance evaluation.The innovative drive of information technology to government performance evaluation constantly promotes the main body of evaluation from single to pluralistic,the evaluation data from cumbersome to accurate,the evaluation method from solidifying to flexible,the evaluation index from generalization to fineness,and the evaluation results from bias,to so as to promote the construction of the responsible government,the clean government and the performance government.
