Abstract:Taking the case of high-sensitive Big Data,an ecosystem framework for the application of emerging technology industries is constructed based on the viewpoint of resource supply matching and industry-university-research integration.According to the ecosystem framework, the industrial application of emerging technologies is promoted by the cooperation of government, enterprises and scientific research institutions. It is necessary to pool important resources such as technology, talents and funds at the same time, and form a mutually supportive and influential relationship between subjects and resources. The government plays the role of guiding the coordinated development of various subjects and resources by industrial planning, implementation plans and corresponding supporting policies.Through index structure decomposition and score design, the analysis of ecosystem-oriented data shows that the characteristics of the industrial application of eight national “Big Data”comprehensive pilot zones are different among regions.Relying on the circulation and transaction of big data resources,Guizhou and Shanghai are all in the lead. However, the establishment and operation of industrial funds are generally lagging behind. We suggest that it's needed to guide the selective construction of ecosystem elements, combining with the differential function positioning.
