The Evolution,Trends and Prospects of China's Science Popularization Talent Policy in the Past 25 Years

Abstract:In order to study the historical development and evolution of China's science popularization talent policy,the paper takes the text of the national science popularization talent policy since 1994 as research object,summarizes the science popularization talent policy system,and according to the nature of its policy text and the connotation of the times,it is divided into stages.Through the content analysis method,the network characteristics of the science popularization talent policies at each stage are analyzed from the perspective of the policy keyword network.The study found that in the course of 25 years of evolution of China's science popularization talent policy,the construction of science talent team is its unchanging aim.Professional talent construction is its consistent core.Science popularization volunteers have gradually become the main force of science popularization talents in the new era.Training and incentives are powerful guarantees for science popularization talents to be integrated into the work of science popularization.In the future development of policy planning,the prospects of science popularization talent policy are proposed from the aspects of policy coordination,top-level design of development and application of new technologies.
