Abstract:Among global academic community, American research institutes and faculties have excellent influences.The way to study the development path of American high-level faculties, and its following suggestions and measures greatly advance the development of China's high-level faculties and competitiveness of universities under the circumstance of China's current“double first-class”construction.By case comparison and knowledge triangle theory, this paper explores typical types and main characteristics of innovative faculties development environment, and makes an in-depth analysis from the perspective of research-oriented university development history, school soft environment and academic community, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
