Abstract：With the announcement of the planning of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area,it has become a new goal for each city group to build a science and technology innovation center to enhance its competitiveness.At the same time,under the background that innovation has become the first driving force of economic development,with the characteristics of knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive,producer services have become the key factors to speed up the power conversion.city group is not only the agglomeration area of scientific and technological innovation,but also the carrier of the agglomeration of producer services industry.It is an inevitable choice to promote agglomeration development of producer services industry in city group with better conditions to enhance the innovation ability and accelerate the regional economic growth.This paper investigates the spatial characteristics and economic growth effects of producer services agglomeration in three major city groups in China,especially focuses on the impact of different levels of technological innovation on different city groups.The results show that the agglomeration level of producer services industry and the ability of scientific and technological innovation are two important factors that affect the performance of economic growth,and they are positively related to the local effect and spillover effect of economic growth to a certain extent.
