Abstract：Based on the 3.0 innovation paradigm,this paper studies resource integration model of regional innovation ecosystem and applies it to study path and mechanism of resource integration for innovation ecosystem of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.First of all,this paper summarizes the current situation of the integration of innovation resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,puts forward the problems such as the lack of diversity of innovation population,the small quantity of innovation community,and the unreasonable regional layout of innovation chain and industry chain,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Then,according to the existing problems,the paper puts forward the resource integration path for innovation community with local characteristic industry,coordination of the traditional industry chain and innovation chain,and construction of the high-tech industry chain and innovation chain,and studies resource integration mechanism from four aspects:refining the functional positioning,strengthening the incentive mechanism,deepening the cooperation among different subjects and optimizing the service ecology.
