The Logic Construction of Traditional Manufacturing Secondary Entrepreneurship Mode Selection and Technology Evolution ——Based on Group Case Study

Abstract：This article takes six typical secondary entrepreneurial enterprises in the traditional manufacturing industry in Hubei Province as the research object,comprehensively uses the group and exploratory case study methods,summarizes the laws of technology evolution and model selection in the secondary entrepreneurial process of sample enterprises,and establishes a “technological evolution-mode selection”matrix for traditional manufacturing secondary entrepreneurship.The study found that most traditional manufacturing enterprises secondary entrepreneurs tend to choose opportunistic entrepreneurship,and usually choose gradual technological evolution on the path of technological upgrade,which is closely related to the development foundation of traditional manufacturing,the needs of user groups,and policy support.Based on the specific development situation of Chinese traditional manufacturing industry,the logical relationship between technological evolution and mode selection of secondary entrepreneurship is explored,which provides a theoretical framework and path reference for secondary entrepreneurship of traditional manufacturing industries.
