Abstract:This paper uses a case study based on ZBJ.COM,from the three dimensions of life cycle,domain and location of start-ups,to explore the innovation and entrepreneurship service demand of start-ups,and uses the life cycle theory,resource view theory and open innovation theory to refine the service resources required by the whole life cycle of start-ups,analyzes the relationship between service resources,explores the cross-platform resource aggregation mechanism with internet platform as the core,that is,the complementary cooperation of online and offline organic integration between internet platform and dual-invasive carrier;The substituting cooperation of rich and complete service categories among the mass dual-invasive carriers;The enhancing cooperation of service efficiency improvement between internet platform and IT service organization;The complementary cooperation of service expansion and quality upgrading between internet platform and innovation and entrepreneurship service organization.Under the guidance of cross-platform resource aggregation mechanism,the dual-invasive carriers build incubation alliance based on internet platform,and the internet platform and professional service institutions carry out strategic cooperation to recognize value co-creation cross-platform and build a virtual incubation community of“internet platform+double innovation carriers+professional service organization”,which gathers all kinds of resources and advantages.
