Abstract：Under the strategy of“Internet +”,the innovation ecosystem of enterprise led by Internet platform enterprises is the most active innovation ecosystem,which will affect the sustainable and healthy development of the whole innovation ecosystem if there were risk in any stage of it.This paper analyzes the evolution stage characteristics of innovation ecosystem led by Internet platform enterprises.Based on the analysis,this paper divides the innovation ecosystem into three stages:platform construction,platform governance and platform transformation and development.Associated with each stage,the main risks are the risk of industrial base technology selection,the risk of partner selection and the risk of transformation,respectively.To avoid the risks,standardization mechanism of industrial technology foundation,mutual benefit sharing mechanism and strict elimination mechanism should be established.In addition,platform leading enterprises can adopt proactive behavior by using the external environment factors to avoid the risk of innovation ecosystem.
