Abstract:Digital information technology,represented by big data,internet of things,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,deeply affects the industrial development,thus digital transformation becomes the trend.For the high-tech industry,the digital transformation brings not only the optimization of the production process of the all-round,multi-angle and all ecological chain by using the digital technology,but also how to optimize the market resource allocation by using the digital transformation,improve the innovation driving effect and realize the high-quality development of the industry.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2017,the index system reflecting the degree of digital transformation is constructed by principal component analysis,and the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in each region is calculated by DEA-BCC model,and then the correlation between the two is analyzed by Tobit model.It is found that there is a significant step difference in the degree of regional digital transformation in China,but it has a significant role in promoting the innovation and development efficiency of high-tech industries in the region.Accelerating the digital transformation and upgrading of high-tech industries has become the only way to achieve quality change,efficiency change,power change and obtain better innovation efficiency.
