Abstract:The High-tech enterprises is the main body of national innovation and economic development.Collected the full sample data of Shanghai's high-tech enterprises in 2017, this paper developed the multiple linear regression models in order to analyze the influence factors in terms of innovation and economic performance.The research results show that research and development (R&D)human resource size, R&D input, and capital size all have positive impact on innovation and economic performance, while asset-liability ratio has negative effectiveness.Specifically, research activities promote the patent application of high-tech enterprise, but little promotion to software.In terms of research input structure, R&D input of government has positive relationship with innovation performance but negative relationship with economic performance.In addition, there are great differences between manufacturing industry and service industry from the perspective of industry category.This paper enriches existing research and provides useful ideas for policy-makers to promote the development of Shanghai's high-tech enterprises.
