Abstract:With the continuous increase of large-scale,high-parameter,and high-risk special equipment,traditional safety supervision methods are facing new challenges,such as data islands,data security,and regulation efficiency.Smart regulation is crisis decision-making based on data,which can greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision.Based on the practice of special equipment safety supervision,the alliance chain + private chain model are selected to established the special equipment safety wisdom governance blockchain model,and then based on the interaction relationship analysis among the special equipment safety governance subjects,the special equipment safety wisdom governance data sharing mechanism and smart regulation mechanism are established.The data sharing of special equipment safety management and intelligent supervision decision-making are realized,and the problems of data island and inefficient supervision in the safety supervision of special equipment are solved.
