Identification Method and Empirical Research of Technological Innovation Talents from the Perspective of Harmonic H-index

Abstract:As an important part of talent team construction in the field,the reasonable and accurate evaluation and discovery of technological innovation talents is helpful to provide references for talent allocation,innovation development and strategic layout in related fields.Based on the inventor's resume information,this paper selected the inventor's patent data to make a qualitative and quantitative analysis from the dimensions of the inventor's co-signature,productivity and influence.Empirical analysis shows that this method can effectively identify technological innovation talents from the perspective of inventor contribution degree,and the identification results can provide references for talent training and management in the field.
