Abstract:Under the background of increasing uncertainty in China-US economic and trade relations,this paper selects innovation indicators to carry out a preliminary trend analysis of technological progress,and uses DEA method to measure technological progress.Based on the two-way fixed effect model,this paper analyzes the impact of technological progress on China based on China-US economic and trade uncertainty index constructed.The results show that the uncertainty of China-US economic and trade plays an important role in the upgrading of China's technological progress,which is slightly greater in the eastern and western regions than in the central region.The scale of economic development,the government support of science and technology and the upgrading of industrial structure all have promoting effects on technological progress,while the foreign direct investment has a negative effect.Based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to steadily improve China's technological level in the complex international situation.
