Abstract:In the post epidemic period,the biopharmaceutical industry has the opportunity to rise,but it also faces the risk.This paper selects Zhangjiang,Fenglin and the Oriental Beauty Valley,three representative parks in Shanghai,to conduct a case study and explore the risk factors of biopharmaceutical industry clusters.According to the direct relationship between risk factors,the adjacency relationship matrix is established.According to the hierarchical order,the risk factors are layered,and the ISM analytic structure model of cluster risk system is established.The results show the followings.The hierarchical structure of the risk system of biopharmaceutical industry cluster has five levels of characteristics.The bottom elements will directly or indirectly affect the top-level basic elements of technological innovation.Location and system are the important factors.The competitive environment,policy environment and industrial ecological environment are the important external factors.
